Pest Control Sales – Broken Windows = Broken Business!

Ever heard of The Broken Window Theory?  It goes like this:  A broken window is a bad sign.  If I see a broken window in a building, it tells me that there is a problem.  Someone is either not paying attention or simply just doesn’t care.  Either way, it makes the business look bad and erodes confidence.

And broken windows invite more broken windows. It’s like graffiti…if it’s there it invites more!

Broken windows can be things like a dirty, faded sign out front, dirty faded uniforms, dirty beat up vehicle, wreaking of cigarette smoke,  need a shave,  bad attitude,  dirty restroom,  paint peeling on walls, arriving late for an appointment, unreturned phone call, etc.
