If you’re in the pest control business, I’m sure from time to time customers refer to you as the “Bug Man” or “Bug Lady”.
So…how does that make you feel?
Some PCOs tell me that they can’t stand to be called Bug Man or Bug Lady. They consider it derogatory. They view themselves as professionals and prefer to be called “Pest Management Professional”.
Really?
If you don’t like being referred to as Bug Man or Bug Lady, maybe you should rethink your position on the subject.
